Engineers who build peace of mind

The company grew out of a design bureau that had been calculating structures for industrial underground facilities since 2016: pumping stations, collectors, protected infrastructure objects. In 2022 our first private client came along — and we realised that industrial construction experience gives families what no “catalogue bunker” can: calculation instead of promises.

We are deliberately a small company. Two design departments, two construction crews, our own formwork fleet, and a serious reluctance to take on more projects than we can control personally. Every project is led by the chief engineer — from the first site visit to training the family to use the systems.

We do not sell fear. We build engineering structures that simply exist for decades — dry, warm, with air and light. And we sincerely hope you will never need to use them for their direct purpose.
