1. General provisions
This policy describes how FORTECYA ENGINEERING LLC (“the Company”, “we”) collects, uses and protects the personal data of website visitors. Data is processed in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” and, where applicable, the GDPR.
The nature of our business implies heightened confidentiality requirements: by default we work with every client under a non-disclosure agreement (NDA).
2. What data we collect
- enquiry form data: name, phone number, comment text;
- technical visit data: IP address, browser type, referring pages;
- data you voluntarily provide during consultations: plot parameters, design preferences.
3. What we use it for
- to contact you in response to an enquiry;
- to prepare a preliminary project estimate;
- to improve the website (in aggregate, anonymised form).
We do not share your data with third parties for advertising, do not sell contact databases, and do not send spam.
4. Storage and protection
Enquiry data is stored on servers within the EU for no longer than 24 months after the last contact, after which it is deleted. Access is limited to employees working directly with your enquiry.
Client project documentation is kept in encrypted storage; the rules for handling it are defined by the individual NDA.
5. Your rights
- to find out what data of yours we store;
- to request its correction or deletion;
- to withdraw consent to processing at any time.

6. Cookies
The website uses only technically necessary cookies. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
7. Policy changes
Updates are published on this page with the revision date. We additionally announce significant changes on the website’s home page.
